Storm damage is a question worth answering
Missing shingles and ceiling stains are only part of the picture. Peaked examines the roof covering, flashing, vents and drainage details, then documents what we find. Photos of gutters, siding and related damage help us build a complete repair scope instead of overlooking the connections around the roof.
Your first step is simple: tell us what changed and when. Include a storm date if you know it and photos taken from a safe location. We review the information with you, arrange the inspection and explain whether a targeted repair or a broader replacement is appropriate.

The details behind a complete repair estimate
For an insurance-related project, Peaked prepares the contractor’s estimate with the materials, quantities and labor needed for the proposed repair. We can explain that scope and its technical basis to you and your insurer’s adjuster. If measurements or opened areas reveal additional required work, we document it with photos and a revised estimate or supplement.
You stay in control of your contractor selection and product choices. Your insurer evaluates coverage and claim payment under your policy. Peaked’s role is to document and explain the construction work, then complete the agreed project; policy interpretation and settlement negotiation belong with your insurer or an appropriately licensed representative.

From a damaged roof to an agreed restoration plan
Before work starts, we review the selected roof system, repair scope, property protection, disposal and cleanup with you. Your proposal distinguishes the contracted work from optional upgrades. Insurance projects still involve your deductible and may include other out-of-pocket costs depending on your policy and choices. You can also choose to pay directly for a repair or replacement.
