How we use your project information and respect your choices.
Requests and uploads
Contact details, addresses, notes and attachments are used to review your project and respond. Requests and files are stored encrypted on the server and accessible in the owner workspace. Avoid Social Security numbers, payment details and unrelated records. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion.
Photos and measurements
Automatic roof detection processes your photo on Peaked’s server, without sending it to a third-party AI service. Photorealistic generation sends your photo to OpenAI only when connected and you agree. Account-free aerial lookup sends the entered address to the U.S. Census Bureau and requests imagery from Texas Geographic Information Office when you agree. A separately connected Google measurement service also requires your permission. Neither is required to contact us.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies protect forms and sessions. Language and privacy preferences stay on your device. Optional analytics record general page and action events; optional advertising may help show Peaked ads on other services after launch. Both stay off unless chosen. Contact details, addresses, claim records and documents are never sent to these trackers. Global Privacy Control disables advertising here.
